LOFT were chosen to provide furniture for an HMO property in Filton, Bristol.

This exciting development comprised two HMO properties – one HMO conversion and a newly built HMO, on the site of an existing semi-detached property.

The complex nature of this project meant that the developments had to be cleverly designed. To match the care and attention that was going into the properties, high quality furniture was also required.

That’s why Fairholm turned to LOFT to furnish the neighbouring 7 bed and 4 bed properties. Our furniture for landlords and HMOs is the perfect mix of modern, durable and stylish to attract attention for renters.

HMO Bedroom Furniture

LOFT furniture was used for the 11 bedrooms across the two HMOs. With a large bed, bedside table, desk, chair, drawers and wardrobe. Each bedroom was styled differently to create its own unique style and feel.
