National Landlord Investment Show is the number one landlord and property exhibition.
This year’s national event was held at Old Billingsgate, London, and was an action packed day with a fantastic set of panel sessions, exhibitors, and networking.
This event was the most successful July show to date, bringing thousands of property professionals together.

LOFT - Official Furniture Partner
NLIS has partnered with LOFT for over a decade, and for this event we provided the furnishing of the main stage, using our stunning Chum chair.
LOFT also designed and installed the furniture for the delegate lounge and created, a relaxed, stylish space for delegates to meet, enjoy a coffee, and catch up on emails.
We also worked with the LIS team to support with bespoke furniture packs for 5 exhibitor stands.
LIS – General Election Commentary
This event fell in the week of the General Election, so of course it became a hot topic of the day, with commentary, predictions, and knowledge sharing across the agenda.
Topics included the Labour Party’s pledge to enforce an immediate ban on Section 21, the Renters Reform Bill, and the issue of housing stock and demand.
It was interesting and thought provoking to hear the thoughts of panellists at such a pivotal time, in anticipation of a likely change of government.

October Event
