Event Wrap Up
Housing 2024 is the biggest conference in the UK Housing Sector, attended by residents, landlords, suppliers, local authorities, government and more.
LOFT were proud to be official furniture partner for this major event - providing furniture for all stages and the main delegate lounge, and working closely with the events team to select pieces to bring these areas to life.

The conference kicked off with a welcome keynote from Andy Burnham, who can be seen below sitting on our Chum occasional chair, on the keynote stage.
To have a big presence at an industry leading event was really exciting for LOFT and the team were out in force – networking, making new connections and learning across the three days.
Sustainability in the sector
With a full-on agenda across the three days, one key theme was highlighted in the Unlocking Net Zero stage – where a range of sessions were held to discuss the importance of working towards net zero across housing, construction and the built environment.
ESG is a major priority for LOFT, as we drive forward with our company commitment to minimising our
environmental footprint and maximising our social impact.
Innovation
Innovation was another key theme, with numerous sessions centred around the future of property services, future-proofing housing with AI innovation and social policy, and embracing technology trends for long term success.
This is another topic that resonates with the LOFT values – we are passionate about testing the boundaries in our approach and trialling new technologies. Our partnership with DCTR is a great example of this, where we are leading the way with offering virtual staging for our clients.
