A defining feature of our service since 2003 is our industry leading furniture replenishment solution, designed to speed up the check in / check out process between residential tenancies. At LOFT, all our furniture is delivered, expertly assembled and installed, with professional home staging included - simultaneously, we manage the removal of old, unwanted furniture, for recycling, or donation to those who need it most.
This comprehensive approach not only enhances the living experience for new residents but also underscores our commitment to sustainability, as we focus upon recycling and repurposing discarded furniture rather than contributing to landfill. By providing this tailored service, we save both time and effort for operators and property managers, ensuring that their spaces are always fresh, inviting, and ready for new residents.
