VERY FAST AND GOOD SERVICE FROM INSTALLERS

I ordered two King Sized beds and the deliverey was two double beds. I did not notice at the time as the beds went into storage. I rang the help line but could not get through and was forced to leave a message, which I did including my name and phone number. I have not had a call back.

Very impressed with the sofa and chair I have got from LOFT. Quick delivery too. I have used LOFT many times for my own home and rental properties. Always good quality furniture.

Love my Robin Day Polo chairs. They look great in my new little coffee spot in my new flat. OK the finish isn’t perfect but they are robust and extremely good value. Delivery was great too. The company was happy to rearrange to a date of my convenience.

There was a glitch on their new website with pricing so I emailed and within 24 hours received a very helpful reply. I ordered the Dixie chair online, which i'd already sat on in Kampus Gneral Store, Manchester, and emailed to ask if I could collect from their warehouse in Manchester. Again received a prompt reply and also spoke to someone on the phone and arranged a collection removing shipping fee. So, great customer service all round! And I already know the chair is very comfertable. Well done LOFT!
