Wembley Park BTR Development
Wembley Park is an 85-acre development in West London that has seen over £2.8bn invested and welcomes more than 16 million visitors annually.
It's an award-winning development located in one of London’s most up-and-coming areas.
Comprising multiple buildings which surround the world-famous football ground, this location has it all. Plenty of shops, restaurants and even a designer outlet shopping centre are right on residents’ doorsteps.
When completed, Wembley Park will be the largest single site of Build to Rent in the UK with almost 6,000 homes.
Replenishing 18 BTR Buildings
Across the Wembley Park development, each of the 18 BTR buildings has a different interior design scheme, which was created by the original interior design team.
Quintain, the development company behind the project, required a new partner who would be able to provide furniture on a replenishment basis that would complement each of the original designs.
They chose LOFT as a reliable and flexible furniture replenishment supplier for their BTR development.
Furnishing BTR Apartments
The important thing for us was to source furniture that matched the existing furniture. Using LOFT’s extensive supply network, we were able to find high quality replenishment items which would be in keeping with the existing furniture schemes.
LOFT started by furnishing 134 apartments across the numerous buildings in this BTR development. This number keeps increasing as we provide replenishment services.
To ensure minimal disruption to existing residents, we worked closely with the Quintain team prioritising organisation, speed and fast assembly. LOFT keeps all our services in house, from Project Management to Delivery and Assembly teams, meaning that on a complex project such as this, communication is as seamless as possible.
Build to Rent ESG
LOFT was also an ideal partner for Quintain, because we were able to help them with their waste management.
ESG is crucial to LOFT, and we work with many BTR developments and other clients across the property sector to be as environmentally conscious as we can. From the beginning, LOFT has tried to divert as much waste from landfill as possible.
Working with Quintain, we helped them to empty their stores and then responsibly dispose of their waste.
