We know what makes a great BTR development and Duet was designed to offer its residents the ease and luxury of city living. To achieve this, the scheme needed to offer great service, through its amenities as well as through its look and feel. Here’s where we come in.
Aimed at young professional we designed and installed aspirational living through dynamic design.
Understanding the market and the needs of our client as well as the residents is always key to a successful scheme, having partnered with Moorfield on other BTR development, there was a need to put residents first. Set on a prominent waterfront location in Salford we designed the apartments to complement the vibrancy of the area.
Creating a complimenting deep blue and a green colour palette paired with black grain furniture, we created a contemporary and sophisticated concept. Keeping the main pieces muted we then brought in contrasting accessories, making the interiors stand out.
Always in our minds was the focus to create enhanced living spaces for residents. This thinking was extended into the design of the outdoor social space. Clever zoning gives residents a variety of areas for relaxing and socialising.
Our trained team delivered this phased project by working closely with the client. Our project management team were on hand offering flexibility with the delivery schedule where needed. The final stages of the project were delivered during lockdown, creating additional challenges for the team. But with good communication between our team and the client we were able to carry out the installation safely and to a high standard.
Creative flair and strategic planning came together to provide Moorfield with a standout BTR development that has since won six Homeviews awards. Through a continuous design, we created an environment that made residents feel at home. Designing spaces that reflected the vibrancy of city living along the tranquil waterfront.
