The Trilogy is one of many BTR developments across Manchester that has exemplified the success of the sector and showcased the exciting prospects available for enhanced living within a city setting.
Set amid the stunning backdrop of Deansgate’s historic canals, The Trilogy was designed and built with the experience of the residents at the forefront of every step, to ensure all residents receive a holistic experience within the buildings and their apartments.
Here’s where we come in. Why are our designs so compatible with BTR projects? Because we share the same ethos as the sector: People First Design, always.
The Trilogy includes a residents’ garden, lounges, a gym, 24-hour concierge service and full pet access – it is providing an all-inclusive, bespoke living experience for the residents.
We wanted to push the concept of creating a bespoke experience by mirroring this in our design aesthetic, therefore inviting residents to create their own bespoke lifestyle within Manchester.
As this development was aimed at young professionals and people looking to experience the vibrancy of Manchester, for our design was focused on luxury accommodations with elegant and contemporary interiors and furnishings. Emphasising pops of blue and yellow accents against the mature grey backdrop of main pieces gave balance to the designs, while still keeping them fresh and engaging.
We successfully designed, delivered and installed The Trilogy’s 232 apartments. Our talented Design team worked closely with the client to conceptualize and deliver breath taking designs that would elevate the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments within.
Our dedication and high standards were recognised in 2019, when The Trilogy was awarded the top Build To Rent Residential Development in the UK. HomeViews’ resident surveys also regularly landing The Trilogy in the Top 3 of Manchester developments to live in.
