The countdown for tenant occupancy was on for our client High Street Group, but with just two weeks to go, their contractor let them down.
We stepped in, and levelled up.
With direct access to our inspired core ranges, and our own fleet of delivery vehicles we were able to mobilise our end-to-end team right away.
Hadrian’s Tower is the tallest building in the North East, so was set to be an icon in the city from the start. But the interior needed to match, and our stylish furniture was critical in attracting young professionals and students, with comfortable, engaging and modern spaces.
Working closely with the client team and keeping tight communication we moved from concept to delivery in just two weeks, with the 36 units in phase one completed in three days, over a weekend. Our core range was the perfect flexible and accessible solution for their target tenant, and a combination of intelligent, resourceful design and swift, effective project management.
