We will gladly arrange to meet you, your property manager or tenant to collect the keys to your property, so our team can carry out a furniture delivery at a time to suit you. Once the job is done, we’ll return the keys at your convenience.

We also get things done quickly. You shouldn’t have to wait several weeks for furniture to be delivered. Depending on what you need, we may be able to deliver your furniture the next day. We have distribution centres across the UK — including Manchester and London — so you won’t be waiting long.

EXPERT INSTALLATION

Have you ever opened up a box of flatpack furniture, spread all 10,000 pieces out on the floor, and instantly regretted your purchase? We believe that if you buy a piece of furniture, you shouldn’t have to put it together yourself if you don't want to.

Our delivery teams are trained to install every item that we have on offer. Once your furniture has been delivered, we can assemble and install everything, so that the furniture is safe, secure and ready for your tenants to use.

REMOVE & RECYCLE

So, your furniture has been delivered and installed, but what about the packaging and any old pieces of furniture you want taken away?

Our delivery teams clear up after themselves, removing all the cardboard and plastic, so they can be recycled instead of being thrown away.

Recycling is a huge part of our business, and we take the ethical disposal of furniture seriously. If we’re replacing any old pieces in your property, we’ll take away the old furniture, so it can avoid going into a landfill. We’re proud to say 89% of the furniture we take away is recycled into electricity. Thousands of mattresses we’ve removed have also been broken down and responsibly recycled or disposed of through our partnership with a specialist facility.

In our opinion, this is one of the most important elements of our landlord support services. We do everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint, and we even plant a tree for every apartment we design and furnish.
